SHIPPING & RETURNS

Please refer to the table below to determine what your shipping cost will be.

* Customs duties may apply for shipments outside the US. 
Please note that hijabsUSA.com has no control over and is not responsible for the customs duties and taxes levied by your destination country.

* International Shipping
If your UK order is unusually heavy, we may need to increase your shipping charge. If this is the case, we will notify you via phone or email so that you can purchase the additional shipping before we ship.

* Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping in the USA is available at an additional charge. Please email us at customerservice@hijabsusa.com if you require the package to arrive sooner than 5 working days in the USA.

RETURNS
If you need to return an item, please email us to get approval and make arrangements at returns@hijabsusa.com

* All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days from date of purchase (post mark).

* All refunds are given at the discretion of Hijabsusa.  Shipping costs cannot be refunded. 

* We cannot accept returns for a garment that has been worn, washed or altered. 

* Color variations is not a valid reason for return due to the fact that colors may vary from one computer display to another.

* We retain the right to refuse a refund/exchange if we feel that an item has been damaged intentionally.
